The source is believed to be a C3.4 class flare from AR 13443 (S14W04) with a very clear dimming structure and associated EUV wave heavily deflected to the N/NW as seen in SDO/AIA 193. This deflection may be due to coronal holes nearby. CME was not detected at Earth. Rules of the Road: CCMC requests that users notify the CCMC, CME
model/technique developers and submitting forecasters/researchers before
performing event and validation studies with data from the CME Arrival
Time Scoreboard. It is recommended that such studies be performed with
the knowledge and collaboration of developers and submitting
