SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2022-11-30T08:24:00-CME-001 (version 3)
Source Location: S35E05
Note Keyword:
DFL: Likely deflection of the event within the FOV
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
Source Signature Keyword:
PEA: Post eruption arcade
FIL: Filament eruption
Morphology Keyword:
Note: This CME is faint but visible to the SE in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and STEREO A COR2 coronagraph imagery. The source is likely a filament eruption which begins to lift-off around 2022-11-30T07:30Z around S35E05 as seen in SDO AIA 131, 171, 193, 304 imagery. The eruption is also visible in STEREO A EUVI 195 and 304 imagery. Post eruptive loops begin to form around 08:30Z as seen in SDO AIA 193. This CME may deflect from the source within the field of view.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, earlier measurements are marked as false when new or more accurate measurements are made. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME |

New measurement using additional imagery. Parameters obtained based on source location and are also guided by the best fit between SOHO LASCO C3/C3 and STEREO A COR2 imagery, and the longitude may different by 10-15 degrees eastward from the potential source location. |

This CME is very faint in STEREO A COR2 imagery so only a few frames were usable before the leading edge became too diffuse to measure. |
