FIL: Filament eruption
BR: Brightening
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
Note: Slow partial halo CME in the NNW with the source a gradual eruption of a long filament stretched between 15 and 40 degrees longitude along the latitude of 36 degrees (N), marked by the post-eruptive arcades and a relatively minor dimming along the filament channel, as seen in AIA 193 and 304 starting after 2023-10-14T04Z.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, earlier measurements are marked as false when new or more accurate measurements are made. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME

CME Analysis M2M_CATALOG LE true SWPC_CAT 26.0 36.0 413.0 S 33.0 2023-10-14T14:12Z Analysis is largely based on the estimated latitude of the erupting filament (36 degrees north). 1: Result 1 (2.0 AU)
Earth = 2023-10-18T05:00Z
STEREO A = 2023-10-18T02:00Z

CME Analysis M2M_CATALOG LHB false SWPC_CAT 10.0 36.0 386.0 S 45.0 2023-10-14T14:49Z This analysis in addition to the brighter feature in the NNW incorporates the second, more eastern, feature/lobe of the CME, producing a swpc_cat fit with a higher half-width. This doesn't seem to be the shock of this CME since it seems slower than the narrower NNW "bulk". This analysis likely overestimates the width of this CME and is less reliable than the analysis of the bulk. 1: Result 1 (2.0 AU)
Earth = 2023-10-18T01:12Z
STEREO A = 2023-10-17T21:17Z
