Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2023-12-25T09:38Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2023-12-25T09:38:00-CME-001 (version 2)
Source Location: S20E10
Active Region Number: 13533
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
GAP: Data gap
HAL: Halo CME
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
Source Signature Keyword:
PEA: Post eruption arcade
FIL: Filament eruption
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
L: Loop
Note: Faint partial halo (NE) CME only seen in SOHO LASCO C2 and COR2A difference imagery (not seen in C3), with the likely source a sigmoid shaped filament eruption centered around (N20E10) but extending East to N25E25 and West up to AR 3530 (S08W10). The filament is seen erupting starting after 2023-12-25T07:20Z in AIA 304 and 195.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, earlier measurements are marked as false when new or more accurate measurements are made. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME
