Start Time: 2024-04-14T11:12Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2024-04-14T11:12:00-CME-001 (version 3)
Source Location: S21E40
Active Region Number: 13636
Note Keyword:
DFL: Likely deflection of the event within the FOV
DPL: CME exhibits dimpled front
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
HAL: Halo CME
Source Signature Keyword:
FLR: Flare
FIL: Filament eruption
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
O: Other
Note: Faint partial halo to the E/NE, seen in all coronagraphs. The source is an eruption from AR 3636 (located at S21E40 at this time), observed best in SDO AIA 171/193/304 starting around 2024-04-14T10:09Z. Associated with a C5.0 class flare which peaked at 2024-04-14T11:01Z, best observed in SDO AIA 131.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, earlier measurements are marked as false when new or more accurate measurements are made. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME

The front itself is quite faint and wide, and more visible in STEREO COR2A with its better viewing angle to the side of this particular eruption. 1: Result 1 (2.0 AU)
