Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-12-05T17:23Z ( GOES: CCOR-1 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
GOES: CCOR-1
SOHO: LASCO/C2
Activity ID: 2025-12-05T17:23:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: N23E19
Active Region Number: 14299
Note Keyword:
DFL: Likely deflection of the event within the FOV
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
Source Signature Keyword:
FIL: Filament eruption
BR: Brightening
Morphology Keyword:
J: Jet
Note: Faint loop directed NE in STEREO A COR2 and potentially seen super faintly as a very fuzzy NNE front dissipating after a couple of timestamps in SOHO LASCO C2. It is likely too faint to be seen in C3 and in GOES CCOR-1. The CME has two consecutive fronts, with the earlier one possibly being the shock. (This CME resembles the 2025-12-05T07:09Z CME seen in COR2A to the NE). The start of this CME may actually be earlier as the quality of earlier COR2 imagery is poor. Possible source is a narrow filament eruption in AR 14299 (N23E19) seen in GOES SUVI 304 at 2025-12-05T16:08Z, clearly directed northward of this active region (possible northward deflection).

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
