Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2026-02-25T07:38Z ( STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2026-02-25T07:38:00-CME-002 (version 2)
Source Location: S08W27
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
Source Signature Keyword:
FLR: Flare
PEA: Post eruption arcade
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
F: Flux Rope
Note: Faint CME seen only in STEREO A COR2 coronagraph to the E. It is not seen in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and GOES CCOR-1 imagery. Its source is likely the C2.6 flare peaking at 2026-02-25T06:56Z (S08W27), with an associated minor-size eruption seen in SDO AIA 193/304 as brightening/dimming and post-eruptive arcades. There is also a type II radio emission associated with this event.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
