Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2026-05-26T22:36Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2026-05-26T22:36:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: S30E53
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
GAP: Data gap
Source Signature Keyword:
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
O: Other
Note: Very faint partial halo CME observed in SOHO LASCO C2 and GOES CCOR-1, also in LASCO C3 obscured heavily by the pylon (and difficult to observe outside running difference imagery in all). STEREO A COR2 in a data gap at this time. The source may be some field line movement and breaking loops observed around 2026-05-26T21:39Z to the SE only in GOES SUVI 284, tracing to an approximate source on-disk around S30E53 (and could vary slightly, due to the brightness of this cluster of regions in SUVI 284).

The List of CME Analysis already entered:
Event Type Catalog
Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
