Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2026-08-03T03:38Z ( STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
SOHO: LASCO/C2
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2026-08-03T03:38:00-CME-001 (version 3)
Source Location: S07W43
Active Region Number: 14501
Note Keyword:
DFL: Likely deflection of the event within the FOV
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
GAP: Data gap
CHP: CME - Coronal Hole Proximity
Source Signature Keyword:
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
BR: Brightening
Morphology Keyword:
O: Other
Note: CME observed best to the E in STEREO A COR2. Also observed faintly to the W in SOHO LASCO C2 until a downlink gap begins at 2026-08-03T05:00Z, and faintly to the W in GOES CCOR-1. The source may be gradual field line brightening/opening from AR 14501 (S07W43) lasting from approximately 2026-08-03T00:00Z to 2026-08-03T04:00Z in SDO AIA 193/211. The CME is likely deflected northeastward with proximity to the large southern polar coronal hole seen facing STEREO A EUVI.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
