Source Location: N12E90
Active Region Number: 14524
Note Keyword:
FOV: Front Bright front; may be evidence of pileup
GAP: Data gap
Ha: Bright emission (likely H-alpha emission)
Source Signature Keyword:
FLR: Flare
PEA: Post eruption arcade
FIL: Filament eruption
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
EUVW: EUV Wave
Morphology Keyword:
FS: Flux Rope and Shock Candidate
Note: Bright CME visible to the NE in SOHO LASCO C2, C3 and GOES CCOR-1 imagery. This CME is not visible in STEREO A COR2 imagery due to a data gap. The source of this CME is an M3.0 flare from an unnumbered region just beyond the NE limb. It is possible this is the returning region 14507 (N04) which rotated off of the Earth-facing disk on 2026-08-21. This long duration flare is associated with visible moving/opening field lines in SDO/AIA 193, 171, 211, GOES SUVI 304 and 284 starting around 2026-09-02T19:00Z. It is also associated with a filament eruption (best seen in GOES SUVI 304 starting around 2026-09-02T19:08Z), EUV wave (best seen in SDO/AIA 193 starting around 2026-09-02T19:27Z), and post-eruptive arcades visible in SDO/AIA 193 and 171 starting around 2026-09-02T21:00Z. There may also be H-alpha emission visible within SOHO LASCO C2 & C3 imagery.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type |
