Note:

Lat/Lon taken from a measurement only using STA Cor2 frames because it appeared as a partial halo in STA and was trouble to fit to both with the half width staying realistic. Other parameters from a fit to both in which the half-width for STA was cut smaller to get a realistic fit on C3.
