Date of first appearance of coronal hole in EUV at east limb: 2025-01-27
Note: Signature starting after a long data gap (the end of which already saw B total of above 10nT) and characterized by a relatively fast increase of B total from 18 to over 27nT, with rapid fluctuations in magnetic field components and an increase in solar wind speed to over 650 km/s, which are characteristic of a high speed stream. Coronal high speed stream attribution confirmed by Sanchita Pal and Carlos Perez Alanis of the LASSOS group.
