Quality of ICME Signature: 1 (lacks some signatures)
Note: Characterized by a slow increase in B_total from ~4nT to a peak 14.6nT by 2026-09-14T17:31Z, B_z varying postive and negative reaching a maximum -9.11nT at 2026-09-14T14:53Z. A slow increase in speed from ~300 km/s to ~375 km/s and brief rise in temperature from ~46kK to ~195kK are observed, with density varying between ~3.7 p/cc and ~14.4 p/cc. This signature is likely associated with one or both of the arrival of a CIR preceeding a coronal hole which started crossing the central meridian on 2026-09-11, and/or the arrival of CME 2026-09-09T16:00Z. The signature and analysis are ongoing.
